V.E.I. is a home for opportunities.  It's a place to grow and a vessel for God's love . V.E.I. is the Valley English Institute in San Juan de la Maguana, Dominican Republic--also known as the "Shenandoah Valley Christian Language Institute." Learning a second language can be life-changing. The vision of our ministry and the institute is to transform lives in the Dominican Republic.
